Introduction:Kapil, a Senior Analyst, with Max Research, a software firm, was enjoying the pleasant morning of January 7, 2009, with a cup of hot tea and thinking about his current assignment, before beginning the days work. However, through the morning's tranquility he heard Abhay, his team member and Senior Analyst, greeting him a good morning. As he greeted him, Kapil noticed excitement on Abhay's face. Before Kapil could seek the reason, Abhay asked him "Kapil, do you have any idea what is going on in the market. Did you watch any news channel in the morning? All channels are broadcasting the news about a confession letter sent by B. Ramalinga Raju (Raju), chairman of Satyam Computers (Satyam) to board of directors."
